My career with the Motor Company began in 1998 at Heritage Harley Davidson in Chicago where I worked for 5 years. In 2003 I returned home to Little Rock and began working here at what is now Rock City Harley Davidson. Over the past 20 years it has been my goal to do my job with integrity, precision, and efficiency. My role in the dealership is to provide unparalleled service work witch hopefully nets a very high customer retention rate. I always dreamed of owning and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles. It seemed to me that the best way to make that dream a reality was to do it myself. So, I spent all my extra time hanging out at the motorcycle shops around town and finally at the Harley dealership where they decided they could use a detail guy. It was literally the ground floor. However, it seemed to me that I was getting payed to hang out at the Harley shop. Since my time in the wash bay I have sold bikes, fixed bikes, sold parts, and worked in service. After almost 17 years with Harley I am currently a master in parts and pushing to finish the master in service training.
