Ride This Winter & WIN!

The 4th annual Rock City Harley-Davidson Frosty Bottoms Winter mileage contest starts Tuesday December 1, 2020 and ends Saturday February 27, 2021.

1. Entry into the Challenge is free.
2. All Motorcycles / Trikes are eligible (Not limited to Harley-Davidson).
3. Sign up starting Tuesday December 1, 2020.  Ride your motorcycle to Rock City Harley-Davidson to have your beginning mileage and rider information recorded.  (If you ride multiple motorcycles, each motorcycle must be brought to the dealership to have the mileage recorded each month.  In the event that you trade motorcycles, the ending mileage on the traded motorcycle and the starting mileage on the new motorcycle must be recorded.)
4. Each month, ride your motorcycle to Rock City Harley-Davidson to have your mileage recorded.  You must ride your motorcycle to the dealership each month to remain in the contest.  If you don’t physically check in monthly with your motorcycle, you will be disqualified.  No exceptions.
5. The last day to check in each month are as follows:

For the month of December- December 31, 2020
For the month of January- January 30, 2021
For the month of February- February 27, 2021
You may also check in and have your mileage recorded prior to these dates each month.

1. February 27, 2021 is the last day to check in for the 2020 Frosty Bottoms Challenge.  Awards Ceremony will be at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 6th 2021. (You are not required to attend the ceremony to be eligible for awards.)
2. The person with the most recorded miles during the contest period will win a free set of tires, trophy, and bragging rights for being the toughest winter rider at Rock City Harley-Davidson.  Second place overall will get a Rock City Harley-Davidson gift card for $250.00.
3. Each month, the rider recording the most mileage during that month will get a Rock City Harley-Davidson gift card for $100.00. 
4. For riders finishing outside the top two positions for the entire contest period, we will have a second chance drawing.  Each participant’s name will be entered into a drawing for 5 additional prizes.  Participant’s names will be entered into the Second Chance drawing at the rate of 1 entry per 500 miles ridden during the contest.  The more miles ridden, the better your chances to win. NOTE: 1st and 2nd place winners in the overall mileage contest are not eligible for the Second Chance drawing.

Example: You logged 2387 miles during the Frosty Bottoms challenge and you did not win 1st or 2nd place.You would receive 5 entries into the Second Chance drawing. (2387 divided by 500= 4.77, always rounded up.
Example: You logged 4091 miles during the Frosty Bottoms challenge and you did not win 1st or 2nd place.You would receive 9 entries into the Second Chance drawing. (4091 divided by 500= 8.18, always rounded up.

1. Participation patches will be awarded to all riders and their passengers (one passenger per rider) who check in every month and record starting mileage, each month’s mileage, and ending mileage for the contest.  Returning riders will receive a dated rocker patch to go with the original patch.
2. THERE WILL BE OPPORTUNITIES TO EARN BONUS MILEAGE BY PARTICIPATING IN DEALERSHIP RIDES AND MYSTERY RIDES.  RIDES WILL BE POSTED TO ROCKCITYHD.COM EVENTS CALENDAR, AS WELL AS EMAILS SENT TO REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS. BE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE TO OUR EVENTS CALENDAR ON OUR WEBSITE.
